For the premiere of Charlie St. Cloud, Chanel makeup artist Rachel Goodwin wanted Amanda Crew's eyes to really pop. She started with navy accents around the eyes and turned to an unconventional application method. "Layering a powdered shadow on top of a creamy pencil gives an added boost of color intensity," she explains. "Plus, it helps the makeup stay put for hours."
